Using our developed tool kit we have successfully guided providers through their inspections and service road map to maintain and improve on their CQC ratings.

  • You are still responsible for all aspects of business management and finances.
  • We can bespoke our packages to meet your needs.
Full Managed Care Services
  • A Managed Care Service allows the team at SteRee Group Limited to take full responsibility for your care operations and ancillary services within the care setting.
  • We become the nominated individual and operate as the care operator management.
  • We Manage all aspects of business management within agreed specific forecasts and Budgetary management. With the option of the operations becoming part of existing care group.
  • Our services can be bespoke to meet your own individual need.

Policy & Procedures/Care Documentation

Our documents are designed to support quality care services from Administration, HR, Care Management, Catering, Hotel Service and Health & Safety Maintenance. Our Policy & Procedures are bespoke documents that are unique to your business. These documents will become yours, and we will provide you with a updating service through our legal division.
